All products shipped to Europe are eligible for a refund, except for those excluded by law and specifically noted as such, such as those that have been customized at the buyer’s request.

If you are not satisfied with the product, please contact us by email (contact.timouny@gmail.com) to let us know, and as soon as we receive the item, we will exchange it or issue a refund for your order.

You have fourteen (14) business days to return the ordered product(s) to us at your own expense if you are not satisfied with them. This period begins on the day you receive the order.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, and the customer is free to choose the shipping method (pickup point, Colissimo, or tracked mail, depending on the item being returned)

Products must be returned new, undamaged, and complete to the following address: Bérénice MENARD – TIMOUNY – 15 route de Baziège, 31290 MAUREMONT, or to the SPAR pickup point in Baziège (31450).

This right of withdrawal may be exercised without penalty, except for shipping costs, which remain the customer’s responsibility if the customer returns only part of the order. If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the customer may request a refund of the amounts paid. The refund does not include return shipping costs. Similarly, Timouny will not be required to reimburse any additional costs if you choose a delivery method that is more expensive than the standard delivery method offered.

If the above conditions are met, TIMOUNY will refund the amounts due using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise, and provided that this does not incur any costs for either party. This refund will be processed as soon as possible, and no later than fourteen (14) days from the date Timouny receives the returned product.
